Un estudiant de Comunicació Audivisual de l'UJI ha dirigit el documental En Destrucció "un projecte de denúncia social en el qual es mostra com afecta l’especulació immobiliària a les vides de persones corrents." Un documental que tracta la especulació urbanística i la manca d'una política d'habitatge justa i social.
El seu títol recorda a aquell altre documental de José Luis Guerin, En construcción, on també eixien persones corrents afectades per la construcció d'un bloc de pisos al barri del Raval de Barcelona.
A La mirada crítica, el blog on es presenta el documental, també podeu llegir una crítica del mateix director del documental al tipus de comunicació que promou la Universitat Jaume I. "No sabeu quant puc arribar a avergonyir-me d'aquesta Universitat.", diu ell.
